"At All Cost" Original Painting
40"x 30" x 1.5" Mixed Media on Wood Panel
This was inspired by a Carolina Wren that built a nest on my front porch. I am always so amazed by the abundance of wildlife that I have right in my own backyard, which is not that crazy on its own, but I live in the city of Atlanta, 10 minutes from downtown and in a densely populated area. The idea is to illustrate how birds and wildlife have adapted to more urban environments, and invites viewers to reflect on the impact of human expansion on wildlife and the subtle, yet profound, cohabitation that unfolds daily, hence the abstract backdrop with human-made elements like words, patterns, etc.The artwork serves as a reminder of the adaptability of nature and encourages a dialogue about conservation and coexistence.
Upon purchase, I will personally and carefully package the artwork to ensure no damage will occur during shipping. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity, signed and dated by me, the artist, Ryan L. Wagner.
I hereby stand by the quality and authenticity of the artwork, and certify that this is the original piece and the only one of its kind, with the exception of the limited run of 10 smaller prints recreated from this original version sold separately.
