In this body of work I explore what it is to be human, because let's be honest, BEING human is hard. Despite modern conveniences, we all face trials and tribulations, wins and losses and different struggles throughout our lives. Most of this work consists of mixed-media and collaged content as a metaphor for all of the complexities of being human. Some might call it WOKE, but honestly I just want to try and be empathetic to those wearing different shoes and walking different paths and celebrate the beautifully-flawed art of being human.
